We securely accept all major credit cards.

All sales are final. Due to limited availability of most items, cupolathings can maintain only a finite quantity of inventory at the listed prices. Because inventory cannot be replenished either a.) at all due to unavailability, or b.) without further prohibitively raising prices, all items are thus considered irreplaceable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Local pickup is not available.  All orders must be shipped.  A shipment tracking number will be provided.

No – Guest checkout is available.  While it is recommended for ease of order tracking, account registration is optional.

We use either USPS, FedEx or UPS for all shipments, both Domestic and International.  Where applicable and depending on the item(s) shipped, the rates for USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and/or FedEx/UPS Ground can be calculated from the Cart page.

Upon receipt of payment, most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days.  Some select items may require an extra business day due to being located in off-site storage.

All paid orders will receive a delivery tracking number.  Upon shipment the tracking link will be provided in the email notifying that the order is complete.  Additionally, if you have registered an account with us, you will be able to view your Order Status from within your account dashboard.

Items have been classified as either “New” or “Used”, and you will find this noted on the product page in the area directly below the Product Title and Price.  Some items in the Apparel category may be classified as “Pre-owned”.  Please review Condition Guidelines for more information.  In addition, there may be product-specific information that will be described in detail under the “Product Description” area of the product page.

The short answer is no.  All items are sold as-is with no warranty from us.  We are not a manufacturer, dealer or distributor; we are a third party seller.  Certain manufacturers may or may not warranty their products under certain pre-specified purchase terms, but such terms are the Buyer’s responsibility to find out.
